We want to protect your privacy, obviously when you make a booking we need some
personal information.
What information do we collect?
Your name, address, phone number(s) and email address. Sometimes
along with details of members in your party.
To whom will the information be disclosed?
At present we do not pass any information onto third party companies, with
exception to our suppliers, in this instance only your name and emergency
contact details will be passed on.
We do not sell your information to marketing companies.
How secure is the information?
We place great importance on the security of all personally identifiable
information associated with our users. We have security measures in place to
protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal data under our
control.
For example, our security and privacy policy are periodically reviewed and
enhanced as necessary.
Where may the information be processed and stored?
Personal information, which you provide, is stored and processed on computers,
which may be located anywhere in the world. In particular, you should be aware
that we may transfer your personal information to our other offices in our group
of companies and to other reputable third parties which may be located outside
the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You have a legal right to a copy of all the personal information about you held
by us. You also have a right to correct any errors in that information. If you
wish to see or edit a copy of the information we hold on file for you please

Sms and email marketing
At present we do send sms and email messages to our clients only in respect to
the bookings they have made. At this time we have no plans to "spam" our current
or past clients, although if you wish to have your mobile phone or email address
removed from our databases please contact us.
