Bus hire periods can range from a day to a year, or even longer, however for extended promotions you may wish to consider purchasing a bus and converting it to your needs.
What We Do!
When you make your promotional bus hire enquiry, we will ask a series of questions.
- When and for how long you want to rent the bus, exact dates help, but at
this stage general terms will suffice i.e. 2 weeks in June
- The vehicles expected usage, for example you may need the bus for
exhibiting a new product or product range, you may also want space on the bus
for a presentation or one on one discussions.
- Onboard facilities, i.e. will you require mains power for computers, plasma or LCD screens, do you need a toilet, wash facilities, chillers, microwave, kettle
Once we have these answers we can review the available hire buses that match your requirements and provide a quotation for the bus hire element.

Please Note: There are a limited number of dedicated promotional buses available for rent in the UK, we will attempt to match your requirements to existing vehicles, however it is rare that we can supply a ready built vehicle that matches your exact requirements. When budgeting for a promotional bus funds should be reserved for internal/external modifications.

Q. Can you give me a quick "Ball Park" cost of renting a promotional bus
A. Our Bus Hire Calculator is designed to provide you with a quick "cost
indication", for hiring a promotional bus, it cannot however provide costs for
modifications that may need to be made, as these are vehicle specific and
tailored to individual requirements.
Q. Does the bus come with a driver
A. You will have to hire the services of a driver, we will arrange this and
invoice you accordingly
Q. Can we modify, adapt, convert the interior/exterior of the bus.
A. Tell us what you want to do and we will generate a quotation for the
alterations. Please be aware that the level of allowable alterations varies from
bus to bus (see Bus Conversions)
Q. Can we brand, add logos, or other promotional material to the
interior/exterior of the bus
A. Yes, subject to safety requirements, We will provide quotations for branding
and un-branding the bus (see Bus Branding)
