We were approached by Sublime Promotions acting on behalf of Activision who were looking for a promotional bus for the release of the Guitar Hero 2 game.

The initial brief was for a double decker bus with major modifications to resemble a band tour bus. After reviewing the brief we suggested a themed Band Bus / Sleeper Coach

Both Sublime and Activision agreed that this was a fantastic solution and gave the go-ahead.

Over the following weeks we arranged dates for the vehicle to be branded, have a number of seats and tables removed, carpets fitted the installation of LCD screens and game consoles to the upper and lower decks

Countdown

P Day - 10 Graphics uploaded to our FTP site ready to produce the full vinyl wrap for the vehicle,

P Day - 5 Fitters begin the process of removing tables and chairs from the bus and installing the LCD and plasma screens, game consoles and carpets.

P Day - 3 Bus travels to Cirencester for 2 days of branding

P Day Bus arrives in London fully branded and ready for action, collects promotion staff and unexpectedly 2 external game pods

Over the next 30 days the vehicle travelled the length and breadth of the country with 31 locations visited

The promotion ended on May 7th, however at Activision's request we negotiated with the coach operator and for a small fee arranged for the vehicle to remain branded until September 07 whilst undertaking its normal routine of transporting bands to various locations around Europe including the Glastonbury festival.

Overall the client was extremely pleased with the promotion and have used the vehicle for various press releases
