For most short duration promotional needs exhibition trailer rental is the most cost effective method of getting the message across. Road Show promotions arrange for the hire of exhibition, hospitality and training trailers for a variety of promotional purposes, including, but not limited to

Hire periods can range from a day to a year, or even longer, however for extended promotions you may wish to consider purchasing a new trailer and converting it to your needs.
What We Do!
When you make your exhibition trailer hire enquiry, we will ask a series of questions.
- When and for how long you want to rent the trailer, exact dates help, but at
this stage general terms will suffice i.e. 2 weeks in June
- The trailers expected usage, for example you may need the trailer for
exhibiting a new product or product range, you may also want space on the
trailer
for a presentation or one on one discussions.
- Onboard facilities, i.e. will you require mains power for computers, plasma or LCD screens, do you need a toilet, wash facilities, chillers, microwave, kettle
Once we have these answers we can review the available hire trailers that match your requirements and provide a quotation for the trailer hire element.

Please Note: There are a limited number of dedicated promotional trailers available for rent in the UK, we will attempt to match your requirements to existing trailers, however it is rare that we can supply a ready built trailer that matches your exact requirements. When budgeting for a promotional exhibition trailer funds should be reserved for internal/external modifications.

Q. Can you give me a quick "Ball Park" cost of renting an
exhibition trailer
A. Our trailer Hire Calculator is designed to provide you with a quick "cost
indication", for hiring a promotional trailer, it cannot however provide costs for
modifications that may need to be made, as these are vehicle specific and
tailored to individual requirements.
Q. Does the trailer come with a tow vehicle & driver
A. No, you will have to hire the services of a vehicle and driver, we can arrange this and
invoice you accordingly
Q. What vehicle is required to tow the trailer
A. For trailers up to 4.2m a standard saloon car should suffice, larger trailers
up to 7m will require a 4x4 vehicle and the driver will require training before
they can tow the unit
Q. Can we modify, adapt, convert the interior/exterior of the trailer.
A. Tell us what you want to do and we will generate a quotation for the
alterations. Please be aware that the level of allowable alterations varies from
trailer to trailer and often the cost of conversion includes rebuilding the
interior back to its original condition
Q. Can we brand, add logos, or other promotional material to the
interior/exterior of the trailer
A. Yes, subject to safety requirements, We will provide quotations for branding
and un-branding the trailer (see
