The phrases Hospitality bus, Meeting bus, Consultation bus or Roadshow bus encompasses a wide range of double decker and single decker hospitality vehicles which have been converted to provide a suitable interior for small hospitality or meeting events.
We operate a number of buses within our bus hire fleet that can be considered suitabe for small hospitality or meeting event tour types, the vehicles which range from a double decker hospitality bus, consisting of over 450sq ft of floor space and over 100 sq metres of exterior branding space, to a single decker meeting bus with up to 300sq ft of floor space.
Interiors vary from hospitality meeting bus to hospitality meeting bus and are usually dependent upon the type of events the bus will be undertaking we are happy to give guidence on which vehicle will suit the tour best.

We operate several professionally converted single decker and double decker buses that can be utilised as hospitality vehicles, ideally suited for a variety of campaign or event types
These rental or lease vehicles offer a very diverse set of features that are often utilised on meeting or hospitality related tours ranging from worktops, large screen TV's, DVD players, Laptops, Tablets, Kitchen. external awning, we even have a vehicle with a built-in bar.
In addition to the internal layout, clients can have the vehicle "skinned" or vinyl branded with campaign or company branding, this can be anything from minimal branding incorporating a few logo's and cut lettering to a Full wrap, if required we can brand or modify the interior of the rental bus to suit your tours unique requirements.

Our Hospitality Meeting buses can be branded in many ways, 3 popular ways being
Full Wrap: this involves adding a new vinyl skin to the exterior of the rented hospitality Meeting vehicle (excluding roof) including the windows. The windows can be covered with solid or contra-vision vinyl, contra-vision allowing the branding to be seen outside and clear uninterupted viewing from inside
Body Wrap: this involves adding a new vinyl skin to the exterior bodywork of the meeting bus but doesn't include the windows or the roof. The windows of the rental vehicle are often black or silver tinted but allow for unrestricted vision
Partial Wrap: This usually revolves around applying vinyl logo's/decals, cut shapes and/or text over the meeting hospitality buses existing paintwork and windows, using the rental vehicles paintwork as the backdrop

We understand that most of our clients have never been involved with the rental or lease of an hospitality or meeting vehicle let alone organising a Hospitality Bus tour and have many questions about costs and the minutia of organising such a tour, we also understand that those clients who do have some experience in organising a meeting or hospitality tour may not be aware of our processes and also have questions. To this end we provide two routes of service.
Route One: Designed for those who require more help and/or additional service features we can provide a full or part managed service via our specialist partners who have years of experience undertaking meeting bus events and can undertake as much or as little of the strain as you want. Route Two: For those wanting to “Go it alone” and project manage the tour themselves, we will provide you with a named account manager as a single point of contact. Your account manager has years of experience organising Hospitality Bus Hire tours, they will provide telephone assistance, advice and guidance throughout the whole process, from vehicle selection, route planning, location sourcing to target delivery, help is always a telephone call away.
In addition to the services below we will provide a dedicated account manager with years of experience organising hospitality and Meeting bus tours, they will provide guidence and advice about the whole process, from rental vehicle selection to target delivery.

Most of the buses within the fleet are or can be equipped with hospitality and meeting facilities, making them the ideal meeting vehicle, All are available for rent, hire or lease.

Completing the form is relatively straight forward, first enter your personal contact details, i.e. name, company, email and phone details.
Then select the type of quotation you require i.e. Vehicle Hire Branded/Unbranded, this will then show several new fields relating to vehicle hire for you to complete.
When looking at the fields for Vehicle Hire, you will be presented with several drop boxes these being Bus Type, Vehicle ID, Event Type and Level of Branding, with Bus Type and Vehicle ID you can select the general details or a specific vehicle you choose.
With regards to Event Type, if the event type isn't listed select other and this will provide space for you to enter the type of event you are wishing to operate
To generate the Vehicle Hire quote we also need to know when you are looking at starting and for how long the tour will last be it 1 day, 1 week or 1 year
Next we have 2 sets of Options these being Optional Services and Optional Extras, Optional Services i.e. Project Management, Venue booking etc. are via our partners Bauer Media, who have considerable experience in these areas and well worth the additional cost.
Optional Extras are items that don't normally come with a vehicle i.e Gazebo's, external chairs/tables etc. with both you can select as many or as few options as you require.
After you have completed as many of the presented fields as possible, you can add additional comments in the comment field and submit the quote request
When you submit the quote request the form contents are automatically loaded in to our system, which will email you a confirmation shortly after one of our staff will review your requirements and send you a quote
